Among the Lowest Electric Rates in Massachusetts

In 2021, LELD continued to offer among the lowest residential electric rates in the state, according to a 12-month comparison to other utilities. As a municipal electric light department, we are able to secure low-cost electricity, which benefits the residents and businesses in Littleton and Boxborough.

Bills are Combining

Starting in July, LELWD electric and water customers will receive one monthly bill that includes both services. Customers will be able to make one payment to cover both services.

Water customers will now be billed monthly instead of quarterly. The $20 quarterly use fee will be $7 monthly.

New bills will include a record of the electric and water readings, usage history and billing details.
